Our restaurant was created more than 10 years ago with the dream to provide people with the excellent food and wine of the Terre del Fondo. Our Chef creates traditional Tuscan dishes and utilises only local products. The restaurant also organises cooking classes, lunches and dinners.

Guided tours attract a lot of the general public, and our restaurant has become a point of attraction in Val di Chiana; for those who not only want to eat Chianina meat but also want to see the breeding farm and our production system. Discover the excellent quality and freshness of our products.







Our Chef de Cuisine

Daniele Pellegrini was born in Trequanda and grew up with an education in Tuscan cuisine. He perfected his cooking skills travelling between London and Australia learning new techniques. Today, he incorporates his culinary education to his Tuscan dishes for an international flair.







Our menu

Our restaurant cuisine reflects traditional Tuscan cuisine and enhances the taste of our homemade products: Chianina meat, wines and extra virgin olive oil. The Chef creates seasonal menus using our fresh local products.

The Chianina cows roam in the fields near the village of Trequanda, growing up eating local forage and butchered in our trusted butchery, the meat of our Chianina cows is undeniably one of the most traditional Tuscan dishes. Try a real food and wine experience, tasting the authentic flavours of Tuscany. Savour it with our PDO extra virgin olive oil and with our excellent wines.
