Our restaurant was created more than 10 years ago with the dream to provide people with the excellent food and wine of the Terre del Fondo. Our Chef creates traditional Tuscan dishes and utilises only local products. The restaurant also organises cooking classes, lunches and dinners.
Chef Daniele is always available to create special lunch and dinner menus for groups of people. Events and ceremonies are also welcome.

The Chianina cows roam in the fields near the village of Trequanda, growing up eating local forage and butchered in our trusted butchery, the meat of our Chianina cows is undeniably one of the most traditional Tuscan dishes. Try a real food and wine experience, tasting the authentic flavours of Tuscany. Savour it with our PDO extra virgin olive oil and with our excellent wines.
Under the careful guidance of our Chef Daniele, you will learn traditional Tuscan recipes. Simple and genuine ingredients are perfect to create typical delicacies, with a twist. Chef Daniele's passion for cooking and professional background, will help guide you to prepare perfect Italian lunches and dinners.
Our restaurant is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday. Chef Daniele is always available to
create special lunch and dinner menus for groups. Events and ceremonies are welcome. Early
